Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Farm Dog Creative is a small, independent creative studio based in rural Manitoba. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. We've written it in plain English because that's how we try to do everything.
What information we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to share with us — most commonly through the contact form on this website. That may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you provide it)
- Your business or organization name (if you provide it)
- Details about your project or enquiry
We don't collect any of this information passively. We only receive what you send us.
How we use your information
Simple: to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you've asked about. We don't use your information for anything else.
We will never sell your personal information to anyone, ever. That's not something we'd consider.
Who we share your information with
We don't share your personal information with third parties, with one practical exception: the tools we use to operate this website may process your data as part of their normal function. These may include:
- Website hosting — Cloudflare Pages, which hosts this website
- Email — the email provider used to receive and respond to enquiries
- Analytics — we may use Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website. These tools collect anonymized data about things like which pages are visited and how long people spend on them. They do not collect your name or contact details unless you submit the contact form.
All third-party tools we use are reputable services with their own privacy policies. We don't grant them access to your personal information beyond what's required for them to function.
Cookies
This website may use cookies — small text files stored in your browser — for basic functionality and analytics. Cookies used by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how the site is being used so we can make it better.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so won't prevent you from using this website, though some features may behave differently.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information only as long as it's relevant to the conversation or project. We don't maintain databases of client or prospect information beyond what's needed to serve you well.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, or to ask us to delete it. Just send us an email and we'll take care of it promptly.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. We'll never make changes that reduce your privacy protections without making them easy to find.
